It’s perfect for a weekend dinner, a cozy date night at home, or any evening when you want something hearty and a little indulgent. As the garlic butter sizzles and the potatoes come out warm and soft, the whole kitchen starts to feel like your favorite steakhouse.

Ingredients
- 2 ribeye or sirloin steaks
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 large baking potatoes
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F, or 200°C. Pierce the potatoes with a fork, then place them in the oven. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, until they are soft and tender inside.
While the potatoes bake, rub the steaks with olive oil, salt, pepper, and some of the minced garlic. Let them sit for a few minutes so the flavor can settle in.
Toss the asparagus with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast for 12 to 15 minutes, until tender with lightly crisp tips.
Heat a skillet or grill until hot. Cook the steaks for 4 to 5 minutes per side, or until they reach your favorite doneness. Transfer them to a plate and let them rest for 5 minutes.
Now cook the shrimp. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the shrimp, paprika, Cajun seasoning, and garlic. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side, just until the shrimp turn pink and tender.
When the potatoes are ready, split them open and fluff the centers with a fork. Add butter, sour cream, and shredded cheddar cheese so they become creamy, cheesy, and rich.
Plate each steak with a generous spoonful of garlic shrimp, roasted asparagus, and loaded potatoes. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
Presentation

Serve the loaded potatoes open-faced with melted cheddar, a dollop of sour cream, and parsley scattered over everything. Add the asparagus to the side for a fresh green touch.
